Transformation and Empowerment
The Messiah is complete and fully functioning. Ministries, businesses, organizations
and communities, however, are not. The transformation and empowerment branch
of service of The Truth In The Spirit serves to reveal the identity and purpose of the
ministry, business or organization we are serving, to empower the entity to operate
in the will of God. As God reveals His will for ministries, businesses and
organizations, He empowers the entities to increase their effectiveness and success.
He then expects us to go forth boldly into our communities to transform each
geographic area in to a place in which people live life in its fullest measure as Yeshua
promised.
We are merely servants of God, sent with His revelation to whatever ministry,
business, organization or community He desires. The Truth In The Spirit does more
than sow revelatory seeds into the lives of people, the Lord has also charged us with
helping to facilitate the transformation process that will come as He brings His word
to pass. We are commissioned to remain with God’s people until He takes them to
the next level He has promised.
God created the heavens and the earth by speaking (Gen. 1:1-3). When God speaks
to His people, He releases purpose and power to us. When the will of God for a
ministry, business, organization or community is not continually received and
understood, immaturity and stagnation result. God wants to reveal His perfect will,
warn against deviating from His will, and convict of selfish ambitions. Many
ministries, businesses, organizations and communities have never received this type
of revelation or have not received it since the founding of the entity, and so they
miss the current moves of God. The Truth In The Spirit is charged with helping
ministries, businesses and organizations prepare for the moves of God, join Him
where He is working and sustain the transformations He facilitates through walking
in anointed authority. When ministries, businesses and organizations receive this
anointed authority, they are empowered to incite lasting change in their communities.
Every assignment is initiated by revelation of the coming moves of God. When The
Truth In The Spirit receives revelation that God desires to transform a ministry,
business, organization or community, the revelation is then shared with everyone
involved. We then come together to pray and seek God's direction. God will (and
always does) respond with specific instructions to meet Him where He is working.
To assist in these transforming experiences, The Truth In The Spirit offers trainings,
workshops, strategy sessions, worship events and a host of other options to
ministries, businesses and organizations in their transition from the revelation to the
reality. Revelation and anointing must be accompanied by teaching and
habit/organizational changes in order for transformation to be lasting and powerful.
Through The Ecclesia Network of Ministries and The Nehemiah Network,
we are able to connect ministries, businesses, organizations and communities with
